The director of the Greer-Heard Point-Counterpoint Forum is Dr. Robert B. Stewart of the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.  Dr. Stewart is the Greer-Heard Chair of Faith and Culture and Director of the Institute for Christian Apologetics

Dr. Robert B. Stewart is author of The Quest for the Hermeneutical Jesus (University Press of America, 2008) and editor of The Resurrection of Jesus: John Dominic Crossan and N. T. Wright in Dialogue (Fortress, 2006), Intelligent Design: William A. Dembski and Michael Ruse in Dialogue (Fortress, 2007), and The Future of Atheism: Alister McGrath and Daniel Dennett in Dialogue (Fortress, 2008).  Dr. Stewart is general editor and contributor for an upcoming eighteen volume series, "Studies in Christian Apologetics," from B&H Academic.
